When was the last time you went on a trip? If you are like most people, you might not travel frequently, which can leave you with problems when you finally do hit the road a little later. I realized about a year ago that we needed to focus on safe travels, so we worked with other people to identify exactly what we needed to do. We took a self defense course and then talked with traveling pros about what they did to remain safe, and within a few months we were traveling in dangerous cities without losing sleep about our safety.
